Furniture Land – Return & Exchange Policy (Canada)

At Furniture Land, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

  • The item is not a final sale, custom order, or clearance item

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom production reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, and bedding

  • Personalized or custom-built furniture

  • Assembled, modified, or altered products

  • Floor models, clearance, or “as-is” items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at:

Once approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for equal or greater value may be available based on stock availability. Delivery fees may apply for exchanged items.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • We will inspect the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost

6. Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

7. In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to the original store location and follow the same policy guidelines.
