We have two showrooms — our Surrey location at 13581 77 Ave, Surrey BC, and our Richmond location at 12180 Bridgeport Rd, Richmond BC. Both are open Monday to Saturday 10AM–6PM and Sunday 11AM–5PM.

Absolutely. We specialize in custom-order furniture — choose your fabric, colour, size, and configuration. Our Canadian-made sofas through Elite Sofa Designs are fully customizable.

How long does custom furniture take?

Custom orders typically take 8–12 weeks depending on the piece and manufacturer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I see fabric and material samples before ordering?

Yes — we have hundreds of fabric swatches and material samples available at both showrooms. Our team will help you find the perfect match for your space.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Custom orders are final sale as they are made specifically for you. For in-stock items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Returns page or call us for details.

Do you offer interior design assistance?

Yes — our experienced staff can help you plan your space, choose complementary pieces, and create a cohesive look. No appointment needed, just walk in.

How do I care for my furniture?
